Log In to Your Firewalla MSP Portal
- Open your web browser and go to
https://yourdomain.firewalla.net. - Log in with your Firewalla MSP credentials.

Locate Your MSP ID
- Your MSP ID is your portal domain address (e.g.,
company123.firewalla.net). You can find it in your browser’s address bar after logging in.

Generate an MSP Access Token
- In the Firewalla MSP portal, navigate to the API settings section.
- Find the option to generate an API access token.
- Generate a new token. Copy this token—it will be shown only once.
Find Your Box GID (Group ID)
- Go to your device settings in the Firewalla MSP portal.
- Locate your Firewalla device and find its Box GID (Group ID).
- The Box GID is your device’s unique identifier.
Fill in the FastMCP Connection Interface
- Click the "Install Now" button in FastMCP for the Firewalla connection.
- When prompted, enter the following values:
- FIREWALLA_MSP_TOKEN: Paste the access token generated in Step 3.
- FIREWALLA_MSP_ID: Enter your MSP portal domain (from Step 2, e.g.,
company123.firewalla.net). - FIREWALLA_BOX_ID: Enter your device’s Box GID (from Step 4).
