User Accounts

Account Termination

Content Standards
When submitting MCP servers, reviews, or other content to our ecosystem, all content must be:

- Free from malicious code, security vulnerabilities, or harmful functionality
- Respectful, professional, and constructive
- Compliant with applicable laws and MCP protocol standards
- Properly licensed and respecting intellectual property rights

Security Compliance
All MCP servers listed on FastMCP must follow security best practices and MCP protocol standards. We actively curate our directory and reserve the right to remove servers that pose security risks, lack proper documentation, or don't meet our quality standards. This ensures trust and reliability for our community.
Intellectual Property
FastMCP Content
The FastMCP platform, including its design, curation systems, educational content, and original functionality, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform or create competing MCP directories using our content without permission.
User-Submitted Content
When you submit content to FastMCP (MCP servers, reviews, educational content, etc.), you:
- Retain ownership of your original content and intellectual property
- Grant us a license to display, distribute, and promote it within the MCP ecosystem
- Warrant that you have the right to submit the content and any referenced code
- Agree that the content does not infringe on others' rights or violate any licenses

MCP Server Listings
MCP servers listed on FastMCP are owned by their respective creators and maintainers. FastMCP serves as a curated directory and central ecosystem hub but does not claim ownership of listed servers, their code, or their functionality. We facilitate discovery, provide installation assistance, and enable community feedback while respecting creator rights.
Disclaimers and Limitations
Service Availability
FastMCP is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We strive to maintain a reliable platform for the MCP ecosystem but do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. The platform may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
Third-Party Content
FastMCP hosts information about MCP servers created by third-party developers and organizations. While we curate our directory and provide community feedback mechanisms, we do not endorse, warrant, or guarantee the safety, functionality, performance, or legality of third-party MCP servers. Users should evaluate servers carefully and use them at their own risk. Always review server documentation, code, and community feedback before installation.
Limitation of Liability
