  1. Sign up for a PDF.co Account

    • Go to the PDF.co website.
    • Click “Sign Up” and create a free account using your email address or preferred sign-in method.
  2. Log In to Your PDF.co Account

    • After registering, log in at PDF.co.
  3. Obtain Your API Key

    • Once logged in, navigate to the dashboard.
    • Look for a section labeled “API Key” (usually visible on your main dashboard or under “Profile” or “Account” settings).
    • Copy your personal API key.
  4. Fill in the FastMCP Connection Interface

    • In the FastMCP connection interface, locate the field for the required environment variable: X_API_KEY.
    • Paste your copied PDF.co API key into the X_API_KEY field.
  5. Click “Install Now”

    • After entering your API key, click the “Install Now” button to complete the setup.
