Todoist

Log in to your Todoist account

• Go to https://todoist.com and sign in.

Navigate to API Token settings

• Click your profile picture (top right corner), then choose Settings.
• Go to the Integrations tab.

Find and copy your Todoist API token

• Scroll down to the Developer section.
• Copy your API token. (Keep this token secure!)

Open the FastMCP connection interface

• In your FastMCP dashboard or connection panel, locate the Todoist MCP integration.

Paste your API token in the required field

• When prompted for an ENV named TODOIST_API_TOKEN, paste your copied Todoist API token.

Click “Install Now”

• Complete the connection by pressing the "Install Now" button.

Test the connection

• After installation, try an action like “Show me my Todoist projects” in your MCP client to confirm the integration works.
