Integrates with BugBug's test automation platform to manage browser tests, suites, profiles, and execution runs with real-time monitoring, smart test execution by name or UUID, wait-for-completion polling, recent run analysis, and detailed error reporting with screenshots for QA teams and DevOps pipelines.
  1. Log in to your BugBug Account
Go to https://bugbug.io/signin and sign in with your BugBug credentials.

  2. Navigate to the API Tokens Section
Once logged in, click your profile icon (top right) and select “API Tokens” from the dropdown menu. If you do not see an "API Tokens" option, check for "Profile," "Settings," or "Integrations." There you should find API key/token management.

  3. Create a New API Token
In the API Tokens section, click on “Create new token” (the wording might be “Generate token” or “New API Key”). Give your token a descriptive name to identify its purpose.

  4. Copy Your API Token
After creation, the API token will be shown only once. Copy the token now and keep it secure.

  5. Fill in the FastMCP Connection Interface
Locate the “Install Now” button in your FastMCP connection interface and click it. When prompted, fill in the API_KEY field with the BugBug API token you obtained in the previous step.

Note: If your account or workspace restricts access to API tokens, you might need admin permissions or contact support. Always keep your token private.
