Create a Pangea Account
- Go to https://pangea.cloud/signup and register for a new account.
- During sign-up, an organization and project will be created. On the "Get started with a common service" dialog, click Skip to proceed to the developer console.
Enable Vault Service and Create Vault API Token
- In the developer console, find the Vault service on the left sidebar and enable it.
- In the modal, select Create a new token and click Done.
- This is your Vault API token, used as
PANGEA_VAULT_TOKEN.

Enable Secure Audit Log and Create Audit Log Token
- On the left sidebar, enable Secure Audit Log service.
- Accept the default Standard Audit Log schema.
- In the modal, choose Create a new token, and ensure "Store token in Vault" is checked. Click Done.
- After enabling, note the Config ID displayed—this will be used as
PANGEA_AUDIT_CONFIG_ID.
Extend the Audit Log Token to Other Services
- For each of the following services in the left sidebar, extend the previously created Audit Log token (not the Vault-only token):
- AI Guard
- Domain Intel
- Embargo
- IP Intel
- Redact
- URL Intel
- Vault
- For each, select Extend an existing token, pick the Audit Log token, and complete the prompts.
- For each of the following services in the left sidebar, extend the previously created Audit Log token (not the Vault-only token):
Locate the Vault Item ID
- Go to https://console.pangea.cloud/project/credentials.
- Find the extended token entry (it should show as "Stored" under the Vault column).
- Click it to view its Vault item details.
- Copy the ID—this will be used as
PANGEA_VAULT_ITEM_ID.
Fill in ENV Values in FastMCP
- Press the Install Now button in your FastMCP interface.
- In the connection interface, set the values as:
PANGEA_VAULT_TOKEN: Your Vault API token from step 2.PANGEA_VAULT_ITEM_ID: The Vault item ID from step 5.PANGEA_AUDIT_CONFIG_ID: The Audit Log configuration ID from step 3.
Finish Setup
- Complete the setup by saving the connection.
- Your integration with Pangea APIs is now ready for use in FastMCP.
