Linear

1. Log in to your Linear Account
   Go to https://linear.app/settings/account/security and log in with your Linear credentials.

2. Create a Personal API Key
   On the "Security" settings page, look for the "Personal API keys" section.
   Click the "Create API Key" button.

3. Copy the API Key
   Enter a name/description for the API key if prompted, then confirm creation.
   Copy the API key that is shown—you will need it for the next steps. (You will not be able to see this key again after leaving or refreshing the page.)

4. Enter the API Key in the FastMCP Connection Interface
   In the FastMCP connection interface, click the “Install Now” button for the Linear connection.
   When prompted for environment variables, fill in the value for LINEAR_API_KEY using the API key you copied in the previous step.

5. Save the Configuration
   Click save or continue to finish adding the connection.

Your FastMCP Linear integration is now set up and ready to use!
