  1. Obtain a SystemPrompt API Key

    • Visit systemprompt.io/console.
    • Sign up or log in to your SystemPrompt account.
    • In your dashboard, create a new API key.
    • Copy the generated API key (you'll need it for the next steps).
  2. Create a Notion Integration Token

    • Go to Notion Integrations.
    • Click “+ New integration” or select an existing integration if you already have one.
    • Fill in the integration name and assign it to the desired Notion workspace.
    • Under "Capabilities," ensure you enable:
      • Read/Update/Insert content
      • Database management
      • Search functionality
    • Save the integration and copy the "Internal Integration Token" provided on the integration page.
  3. Share Notion Content with Your Integration

    • In Notion, open the pages or databases you want your API token to access.
    • Click “Share” in the top right.
    • Select your integration from the “Invite” dropdown to grant access.
  4. Add the ENVs in the FastMCP Connection Interface

    • Click the "Install Now" button or open the FastMCP connection interface.
    • Enter the following values when prompted:
      • SYSTEMPROMPT_API_KEY: Paste the API key you obtained from SystemPrompt.
      • NOTION_API_KEY: Paste the integration token you generated from Notion.
  5. Save and Confirm

    • Confirm the settings in the FastMCP interface.
    • Your MCP Notion integration is now configured and ready to use.
