Log in to your WordPress Admin Panel
- Access your WordPress dashboard as an administrator.
Navigate to Gravity Forms REST API Settings
- In the left-hand menu, choose “Forms.”
- Click “Settings,” then click “REST API.”
Generate API Credentials
- Click the “Add Key” button.
- Enter a description, select a user and set permissions as needed.
- Click “Generate API Key.”
Copy the API Keys and Secret
- After creating the key, you’ll see a “Consumer Key” and “Consumer Secret.”
- Copy both—you’ll need to enter them.
Identify Your Base URL
- Note your WordPress site URL. For example:
https://yoursite.com.

Open the FastMCP Connection Interface
- Click the “Install Now” button for this integration.
Enter the Required ENV Values
- Fill the following fields in the FastMCP connection form:
GRAVITY_FORMS_CONSUMER_KEY: Paste the Consumer Key you generated.GRAVITY_FORMS_CONSUMER_SECRET: Paste the Consumer Secret you generated.GRAVITY_FORMS_BASE_URL: Enter your WordPress site URL, e.g.,https://yoursite.com.
- Fill the following fields in the FastMCP connection form:
Save the Configuration
- Complete the setup process as prompted by FastMCP.
Optional: Creating Test Environment Keys
- Repeat steps 1–4 using your staging/test WordPress site.
- Use the new test credentials in the optional fields:
GRAVITY_FORMS_TEST_CONSUMER_KEYGRAVITY_FORMS_TEST_CONSUMER_SECRETGRAVITY_FORMS_TEST_BASE_URL
- Set
GRAVITY_MCP_TEST_MODE=truein the interface if you want to isolate operations to your test environment.
