Bridges Moneybird accounting software with natural language interaction, enabling users to manage contacts, invoices, financial accounts, products, projects, and time entries through conversational prompts.

  1. Log in to your Moneybird account

  2. Generate an API Token

    • Visit https://moneybird.com/user/applications (You can also find this link by navigating to your profile menu and selecting “API tokens” or “Applications”).
    • Click “Add an API token”.
    • Enter a label/name for your token (e.g., "MCP Integration").
    • Click “Create token”.

  3. Copy your Moneybird API Token

    • The token will be shown only once! Copy the token to your clipboard.

  4. Find your Administration ID

    • While logged into Moneybird, select the correct administration (if you have multiple).
    • Look at the URL in your browser bar. It will look like https://moneybird.com/123456789/. The number is your Administration ID.

  5. Go to the FastMCP connection interface

    • Click the "Install Now" button to begin configuration.
    • In the FastMCP interface for Moneybird, fill in:
      • MONEYBIRD_API_TOKEN with the token you copied
      • MONEYBIRD_ADMINISTRATION_ID with the number from the URL

  6. Finish and save

    • Complete the setup in FastMCP as directed. Your integration will now be ready to use!
