Log in to your Fathom Analytics account
Go to Fathom Analytics and sign in with your credentials.Navigate to your account settings
Click on your user avatar (usually in the upper-right corner), and select “Settings” or "Profile" from the dropdown menu.Locate the API section
Look for an "API", "API Access", or "API Keys" section in your account or user settings.Generate or copy your Fathom API key
- If an API key already exists, copy it.
- If no API key exists, follow the prompts to generate a new key, and then copy it.
Add the API key to your FastMCP connection
In the FastMCP connection interface (where you see the “Install Now” button), paste your Fathom API key into theFATHOM_API_KEYfield.Complete the installation
Save or confirm your settings in FastMCP to finish the connection setup.
Note: The API key will grant access to your Fathom Analytics data. Keep it secure and do not share it publicly.
