- Visit https://fish.audio/ and log in or create an account if you don't have one.
Obtain Your Fish Audio API Key
- After logging in, look for your account dashboard or a section related to API access or developer options.
- Find and copy your API key. If you cannot find the API key, check for documentation or help sections within the site, or contact Fish Audio support.
Open the FastMCP Connection Interface
- In your FastMCP environment, locate the connection setup or "Install Now" button for the Fish Audio integration.
Fill In the Required ENV Fields
- In the interface, paste your Fish Audio API key into the
FISH_API_KEYfield. - (Optional) You can set other parameters such as
FISH_MODEL_ID,FISH_REFERENCE_ID,FISH_OUTPUT_FORMAT, etc., as needed for your use case. If unsure, the defaults should work for standard TTS functionality.
- In the interface, paste your Fish Audio API key into the
Save/Apply the Configuration
- Click the save or apply button to finalize adding the ENVs.
Notes:
- The
FISH_API_KEYenvironment variable is required; others are optional and can be customized for advanced features or multiple voices. - If you encounter issues finding the API key or using the Fish Audio dashboard, refer to Fish Audio’s support or help resources.
