Coolify

Log in to your Coolify instance

• Open your web browser and go to the URL of your Coolify server.

Navigate to API Token Management

• In the Coolify interface, locate and open the Keys & Tokens or API tokens section, typically found in the settings menu.

Create a New API Token

• Click the button to create a new API token.
• Assign the following minimum permissions:
  • read (for fetching information)
  • write (for managing resources)
  • deploy (for deployment operations)

Copy the API Token

• After creating the token, copy it immediately. This token will be used as the value for COOLIFY_TOKEN.

Obtain the Coolify Base URL

• Make note of the URL you use to access your Coolify instance, such as https://my-coolify-instance.com. This will be used as the value for COOLIFY_BASE_URL.

Fill in the FastMCP Connection Interface

• In FastMCP, click the "Install Now" button for the Coolify MCP server.
• When prompted for ENV values, enter:
  • COOLIFY_BASE_URL — the base URL of your Coolify instance (from Step 5)
  • COOLIFY_TOKEN — the API token created in Step 4

Save and Connect

• Complete and save the configuration in the FastMCP interface. The Coolify MCP server should now be connected and ready to use.
