Register an Account on Recraft

• Go to https://www.recraft.ai.
• Sign up for a new account or log in if you already have one.

Access the Profile API Page

• After logging in, navigate to your profile API page.

Generate an API Key

• On your profile API page, generate a new API key.
• If needed, buy API units (credits) as prompted to enable API access.

Copy the API Key

• Once generated, copy your API key. You will use this in the next steps.

Add the Key to the FastMCP Connection Interface

• Click the "Install Now" button for the Recraft MCP server in FastMCP.
• In the connection setup form, paste your RECRAFT_API_KEY into the required field.

Optional Parameters:

• You may specify IMAGE_STORAGE_DIRECTORY (a path on your local computer where generated images will be stored).
• To store images remotely (hosted by Recraft), set RECRAFT_REMOTE_RESULTS_STORAGE to "1". If you do this, you can skip specifying IMAGE_STORAGE_DIRECTORY.

Save and Enable the Connection

• Confirm the details and save the configuration in FastMCP.
• The Recraft MCP server is now ready to use with your API Key.
