Register an Account on Recraft
- Go to https://www.recraft.ai.
- Sign up for a new account or log in if you already have one.
Access the Profile API Page
- After logging in, navigate to your profile API page.
Generate an API Key
- On your profile API page, generate a new API key.
- If needed, buy API units (credits) as prompted to enable API access.
Copy the API Key
- Once generated, copy your API key. You will use this in the next steps.
Add the Key to the FastMCP Connection Interface
- Click the "Install Now" button for the Recraft MCP server in FastMCP.
- In the connection setup form, paste your
RECRAFT_API_KEYinto the required field.
Optional Parameters:
- You may specify
IMAGE_STORAGE_DIRECTORY(a path on your local computer where generated images will be stored). - To store images remotely (hosted by Recraft), set
RECRAFT_REMOTE_RESULTS_STORAGEto"1". If you do this, you can skip specifyingIMAGE_STORAGE_DIRECTORY.
Save and Enable the Connection
- Confirm the details and save the configuration in FastMCP.
- The Recraft MCP server is now ready to use with your API Key.
