Bridges to the Binalyze AIR digital forensics platform, enabling security teams to query endpoint data, monitor status, and manage investigations through a secure API connection.
Obtain Your Binalyze AIR API Token
- Log in to your Binalyze AIR web platform as an administrator.
- Navigate to the section for API or integrations. Typically, this can be found under "Settings," "Integrations," or "API Tokens."
- Click the option to create a new API token.
- Give your token a descriptive name and select appropriate permissions.
- Save or copy the generated API token. Note: The token is usually shown only once—make sure to copy and store it securely.
Find Your API Host
- Identify the API hostname (e.g.,
https://your-air-instance.com
or similar).
- This is usually the base URL you use to access the Binalyze AIR dashboard, without any path (just protocol + domain).
Go to FastMCP Connection Interface
- Click the "Install Now" button for the Binalyze AIR MCP integration within FastMCP.
- In the connection configuration form, fill in the following fields:
- AIR_HOST: Paste the API hostname from step 2.
- AIR_API_TOKEN: Paste the token copied from step 1.
Save the Configuration
- Double-check your entries for accuracy.
- Submit or save the form to establish the connection.
Test the Integration (Recommended)
- After saving, run a simple test, such as listing assets, to verify that the MCP server can communicate with your Binalyze AIR instance.
If you cannot find the location to generate the AIR API token, please consult your organization's Binalyze AIR administrator or official documentation, as access may vary based on your deployment and user permissions.
